Working hard is essential to living a fulfilling life, but I don't think it's a life worth living unless you're having an equal amount of fun. I've read many times that hard work is the key to success, which is true, but it's not the key to happiness. To quote a fictional psychopath, "all work and no play makes Johnny a dull boy." Being a nice person also helps one to be successful.

I'm not a great worker. I procrastinate and have trouble finding motivation, but when I start a project that I love I can really get into it (or when I'm getting paid). I like to make paperclip sculpture things, and I love doing tech stuff, volunteering at church running cameras and projectors, and I really like to cook but I need to practice much more. One thing I'm very grateful for is I'm young and have a lot of time to work on working harder. Other things I'd like to work harder on: learning bass guitar, working out, making more friends, getting a job. Anyways, I got my work cut out for me.

Hi everyone,
My name is Sam, Sam I am. I am 20 years young, and I love tea, reading, comics, board games, video games, racket ball, and Frisbee golf. I welcome you, my readers, to my blog. My goal is to present to you interesting and humorous internet material, as well as anything else this assignment entails.

This is a picture of me playing a fairly new card game called Ascension at a LA board game convention known as Strategicon. This tournament was against the creators of the game, ridiculously fun. I beat one of the designers in the first round. I attribute that victory to my intimidating game face (in picture).
